Free Estimate

The Walk-Through Is Free. The Price Comes in Writing.

No satellite-photo quotes, no truck-window guesses. Mason walks your property with you in person, then hands you an itemized proposal where every line is priced and explained. Once you approve it, that price is locked.

  • Mason calls or texts to set a walk-through time — usually an evening or a weekend, when you're home
  • You walk the property together; you point at what you want done, he looks at what the ground will allow
  • Within a few days you get an itemized written proposal — every line priced, every line explained
  • You approve it (or don't — no pressure, no expiration games), and the price locks when you do

Why the Walk-Through Matters

Any dirtwork number you get without someone standing on your ground is a guess — and guesses get corrected on your final bill. Around here the ground has real personality: shale a foot under the topsoil near the lake, old terrace tile in the fields toward Kearney, clay that holds water through spring. None of it shows in a photo.

The walk-through is where the honest price comes from. And because Triple M runs evenings and weekends, it happens when you can actually be there — after work or on a Saturday — walking your own property and hearing the reasoning behind every line before it goes on paper.

If the ground still surprises us mid-job, the machines stop and you approve a written change order before work continues. Your bill can't grow without your written sign-off.
